About
Shenzhen Safari Park opened in 1993 near Xili Lake in Nanshan District. The open-range park covers more than 600,000 square metres and is divided into areas including a herbivore zone, a predator valley and performance venues. Public information describes a collection of more than 300 species and around 10,000 animals, including giant pandas, golden snub-nosed monkeys, South China tigers, giraffes, zebras and Asian elephants. Exhibits and event times may change, so visitors should check the official website before travelling.
